1. Services We Provide
We specialize in the service, repairs, and customization of ARGO XTVs, amphibious, tracked, and off-road vehicles. We are also an Authorized Dealer for Backwater Performance Systems and Briggs & Stratton, and an Authorized Service Center for Mud Buddy Duck Boats.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition.

• Approve estimates before service work begins.

• Use vehicles safely and responsibly after service.

3. Estimates & Payments

• Estimates are provided before work begins. If additional issues are found, we will contact you for approval.

• Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made.

4. Warranties & Repairs

• Manufacturer warranties apply to products where offered.

• Our service work is guaranteed for 30 days against defects in workmanship.

• Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. Liability
Western Skies Argo, LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of vehicles after leaving our shop. Off-road and amphibious vehicles carry inherent risks, which customers assume when
operating their machines.

6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
